Renegotiating Normalcy

This year marked a renewal with language (especially English), measurement and evaluation systems, as well as the concept of normality.

Normal isn’t synonymous with good.

Normal may not be worth pursuing.

Instead, I prefer to deviate from harmful norms that lead to normalization of deviance.

Innovation leveraged by safety and security are measures of professional achievement. Human connection and increased intelligence are personal priorities. This is my normal.
