Flu helper sizzle
I consider myself a humorist because how could you be human and not be?
Recently, while traveling overseas, the flu caught me. Have you ever thought about the saying, “I caught the flu”? Why would I want to play catch with the flu? Dodgeball, maybe. So, no, it caught me.
Anyway.
So, productivity dives (in my mind at least). When, actually, I gained clarity and the opportunity to be completely honest with myself. The first question that came to mind was:
Did I really pay all that money for a bottle of water?
Wait.. did I really pay that much money for the most abundant resource on the planet?
And it pissed me off.
Then my emotions began to regulate as I remembered societal values. Society values materialism and wealth over most things.
And I sipped my flu helper sizzle.
Unlike my emotions, the bottled water industry is one of the least regulated and fastest growing industries in the world.
Oh, that’s right. And little sicko just participated in that.
